From June 26th through October 13th "The New York City Waterfalls" will be on display along the East River. Circle Line Downtown will provide the OFFICIAL Water Tours for the "New York City Waterfalls", with an audio introduction by the internationally renown artist who created them, Olafur Eliasson. All of Circle Line Downtown Water Tours are OFFICIAL experiences of "The New York City Waterfalls." Choose from four different ways to marvel at this monumental work of public art, with insights from the artist. These special in depth tours are only available on Circle Line Downtown. No other offered tour will give you the exclusives as Circle Line's.

SCHEDULE CHANGE: The Public Art Fund has notified us that the NYC Waterfalls will not be operating on Saturday, September 6th due to the severe weather forecast for our area. As a result, all 30-Minute NYC Waterfall Tours are canceled. All reservations will be canceled and refunds will be issued for purchased tickets. 

Dear Valued Circle Line Downtown Customer,

Based on an updated recommendation of the Parks Department, the Public Art Fund is reducing the hours of operation of "The New York City Waterfalls" beginning September 8th due to various environmental issues regarding neighboring trees and the effects of the salt water mist. As the OFFICIAL water tour provider we have to cancel all 30-Minute Water Tours that have been affected by this change. As a result all reservations for these tours have been canceled. An email cancellation will be sent to you for your records. If you haven't received the email, you must contact us at waterfalls@circlelinedowntown.com.

Customers who PURCHASED tickets will receive a full refund and can purchase new tickets online for the many other sail times still available.

Customers who reserved FREE tickets can attempt to reserve new tickets by visiting our ticketing page. Click here to go directly there. There are still a very, very limited amount of free tickets for select dates and times.

Official SHARK Speedboat Thrill Ride Tour
June 26th through October 13th

SHARK, our exciting 30-minute thrill ride, will get you so close you'll feel like a part of the action! It's a full-fledged show featuring a harbor tour, music and plenty of laughs. After the Waterfalls, say hello to Lady Liberty as you will be taken to within feet of the monument for an up close visit.

You will still see as always all the other legendary sites in the New York Harbor like the Statue of Liberty National Monument, Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building and many more!
